Corner entries aren’t always evidence of an A-A plan, but they do more than hint at a “diagonal plan” auditorium, especially when the adjacent exterior elevations are book-matched as these seem to be. Thinking that a substantial wood-frame building like this was unlikely to survive, I visited google.maps with faint hope of finding this. I understand that painting clapboard siding every eight to ten years is a pain in the budget, but this street view is a sad echo of what once was. But so am I.
