Methodist Episcopal Church, “Old” Pattonsburg, MO

From google.maps today, this building looks even more derelict. “Old” Pattonsburg was devastated by a flood and the community (most of it) moved about three miles northeast where the street layout looks like a post-WWII suburb without very much of a CBD. It took me a while to locate Old Pattonsburg but from the air, at least, this church is still visible as a roof-scape. Clearly its days are numbered.

Architect William F. Schrage designed several churches of this type in Kansas and Missouri communities. Here is one in Bucklin, Kansas that is seeing better days:
